Autumn Updates from Let's Grow: Your Early Years Educational Adventure Awaits!

With autumn in full swing, we're excited about all the seasonal changes and activities happening this month. From the golden leaves and cool breezes to the fun of Harvest and Halloween, there’s so much to celebrate! Let’s Grow has plenty to offer this season. Don't miss our latest Back to School blog post filled with tips and inspiration for early years settings as the new term gets underway!

Mimi & Ben Faulks are visiting a selection of schools in Croydon this month, celebrating Harvest, introducing Let’s Grow with interactive performances from Mr. Bloom, upskilling teachers with continuous professional development and providing access to Let’s Grow educational resources to use in school throughout the academic year!

It’s fantastic to be working with Croydon Council to bring Let’s Grow educational resources to local schools and Let’s Grow 'LIVE' event content to Croydon Town Centre for The Croydon Harvest & Walnut Fair Celebrations!

In Bradford, Mr. Bloom and the Pop-up Allotment Nannies are celebrating local communities and green spaces with the Bradford Better Place project! Families involved in the project, will enjoy a special day out enjoying nature, assisting the Nannies with the babies at the Allotment, plus, Mr. Bloom will be performing a special show for everyone!! Families will be taking home wildlife habitats and plants and herbs to grow at home! A wonderful project to be part of, with thanks to Better Start Bradford and Natural England.

Mr. Bloom is appearing as part of Hartlepool Folk Festival this month!

As part of Green Libraries Week, Ben Faulks will be visiting local primary schools, bringing his beloved children’s books to life with an interactive show!

Our very own Ben Faulks (aka CBeebies’ Mr. Bloom) had the honour of hosting the Nursery World Awards 2024 in London on 21st September. We’re thrilled that Let’s Grow’s Flagship Nursery, Polka Dot Farm, won the Nursery World Online & Social Media Award!

The Let’s Grow Nannies, Pop-up Allotment, Magic Shed, and Sticker Trail went to Croydon Town Centre on 5th & 6th of October to celebrate Harvest! It was a fantastic fun, family-friendly weekend of activities, around Croydon’s incredible Town Hall & Clocktower.

The Garden Museum’s Festival of Fairytales was absolutely brilliant! Highlights included Hoola posing in the “Princess & The Pea” bed!

The Let’s Grow Pop-up Allotment had a few wonderful outings to Hull! We visited Bransholme Chat – Back to Ours’ special space for people to gather and have a good old natter! We also visited Hull City Council’s brilliant Play Days Festivals at Picking Park and Alderman Kneeshaw Park. The babies enjoyed meeting so many lovely families!

The Nannies couldn’t have had a better time at Vintage by the Sea in Morecambe.

🧑‍🌾 Down on the Farm: Polka Dot Farm Nursery, our flagship nursery in Essex shares the latest happenings:

"At our Polka Dot Farm Nursery, the sweet red peppers Dilly & Dally visited, helping children explore the theme of "All About Me", specifically helping the children investigate their favourite things! The children built self. confidence through storytelling, and discovering their favourite books and toys. Dilly & Dally even led the children on a pirate treasure hunt across the fields! Stay tuned for next month’s exciting baby vegetable adventures at the farm."
